Moses Oruaze Dickson a Lawyer by training, a serial entrepreneur, and philanthropist.
He is the founder of Modickson Consortium, and also the Chairman, Solalina Investment Group- a proprietary investment company with interest in oil and gas, commercial law, construction, agriculture, transportation and advertising.
Moses is known for his significant contribution to entrepreneurship development in the country. In 2017, the Solalina Investment Group partnered with the Canterbury Christ Church University UK on a £4000 funded research project on International investment agreements and economic development in Africa and improving trade within the continent.
He served as the senior special adviser on special duties to the Governor of Bayelsa state and in 2012 founded the Gold Coast Foundation, which is committed to enhancing the livelihood and capacity of young people through impact investment as well as driving and supporting policies that promote youth development. As the corporate social responsibility channel of all companies under the Modickson Consortium, the foundation has earned awards for its empowerment projects, jointly by the Red Cross, Bayelsa State Government and The Nigerian Air Force.
Moses is a graduate of Law at the Niger Delta University and has an LLM in International commercial law; University of Bedfordshire in the UK. He also has acquired certifications from Harvard Division of Continuing Education and London School of Economics And Political Science and is currently studying for his PhD from the Canterbury Christ Church University in UK.
Driven by entrepreneurship passion, Moses founded the Solalina Investment Group in his 20s and has grown the company into a multi diverse investment portfolio with other subsidiary companies like; TRIAX Solicitors, Strong Ideas and Restitute. These businesses cover sectors including oil and gas, construction, agriculture, transportation, and advertising, all which are managed under the Modickson Consortium – the umbrella body of his business interest.
In 2015, he stepped down as CEO of his companies, assuming the role of the chairman of the board. He has built a reputation for himself as a serial entrepreneur and recently is investing into the value exchange market with recently launched location based online platform for hiring freelance and getting freelance jobs. Moses is also, among other business pursuits, exploring interest in the cab-hailing business in less saturated markets as Lagos and Abuja.
Today, Solalina investment Group and its subsidiary companies employ over 100 people, while empowering thousands through the Goldcoast developmental Foundation. The consortium currently operates from its headquarters in Bayelsa state and a branch office in Abuja.

He is an alumni of the Niger-Delta University and have attended training programmes at Harvard University and the London School of Economic and political science. Moses earned an LLM in international and commercial law from the University of Bedfordshire.
He is a recipient of several legal professional trainings and was recently awarded a certificate from the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies.
